Every ship has three main dining rooms included in your fare, and you rotate between them on an already assigned schedule. The menu changes nightly, but you can order from any of the three restaurants. Want something more exclusive? Palo costs 55 dollars per person (brunch or dinner), and Remy, the ship's most exclusive spot, charges 145 dollars for the prix-fixe dinner, 85 for champagne brunch, and 70 for the dessert experience.
