Epic Universe opened on May 22, 2025 as Universal Orlando's newest park, and even after more than a year in operation, a lot of people still don't fully understand how it's laid out. The key to not wasting time (or money) there is understanding that it's really 5 completely different worlds, connected by one central hub.

That hub is called Celestial Park. It's home to Stardust Racers, the dual-launch coaster that hits 62 mph and requires a 48 inch minimum height, plus the Constellation Carousel, which has no height requirement and is perfect for the youngest members of the family.

From Celestial Park, the other 4 worlds branch out: Super Nintendo World, with Mine-Cart Madness: Donkey Kong (40 inch minimum); Isle of Berk, the How to Train Your Dragon land, with the most photogenic scenery in the park and Dragon Racer's Rally (48 inch minimum); the Ministry of Magic, which recreates magical Harry Potter London with Harry Potter and the Battle at the Ministry (40 inch minimum); and Dark Universe, the park's most intense zone, with Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment (48 inch minimum).

A single-day ticket runs 139 to 199 dollars depending on the date you pick, and kids ages 3 to 9 get a special rate starting at 134 dollars.
